As the holiday season nears, Target has joined the likes of so many other brands in debuting a fresh collection of seasonal beauty offerings that includes everything from special, limited-edition holiday arrivals and skin-care sets to bath bombs, body washes, and even a candy-cane-infused lotion or two.
